Goddamnit.

Was there a tart on every corner these days?

She used to jog too, but never in a white mini-dress.  Her calves used to be muscular and her stomach flat with a hint of the firm abs beneath.

Stuart had appreciated her fine enough.  He had liked to test her flexibility in that rough, playful way when they got down to it.  Now he liked to test her patience with his roving eye.

She sneered and pulled her practical, green sweater more tightly around her.

Her flats rubbed mercilessly against her traitorous feet.

A goddamn tart on every corner.
